The Bates' Sisters Boutique was born out of a vision that three sisters had to provide feminine and stylish apparel at a reasonable price. We search and search for great finds that we know will please our customers and not break the bank.
Our HELP page is designed to answer questions you may have about placing an order, your privacy as a customer, or sending in a return. If you don’t see your question answered here, be sure and email us through our contact page.
Orders are packaged and shipped out within 1-3 business days of receiving them. When a customer makes a purchase, they should expect to get an order confirmation via email (it’s essential that our customers give us accurate email addresses, because it is our main avenue of communicating with our customers). Once the order has been packaged and a postal slip generated, our customers will be sent a tracking number to monitor their orders.
How does a customer pay?
We accept all credit cards and Apple Pay. Our prices are all in US currency.
